What's included in my Slappin‘ Glass Plus membership? A membership grants you access to all of our Slappin‘ Glass TV breakdowns/videos. With new videos & breakdowns being uploaded weekly. Additionally, members get access to our Coaches Corner online community, our premium Sunday Mornin‘ Newsletter, monthly Q&A/Clinic sessions and the ability to apply for the Mastergroup with Jeff Van Gundy.
What are your membership pricing options?

Do you offer staff rates? Yes, please contact us at info(at)slappinglass.com for information and pricing.
Do you offer a free trial? No, but we do offer a free weekly newsletter you can subscribe to as well as free video content on Twitter, @SlappinGlass, and YouTube. Plus, a free podcast you can download and listen to.
How long do I have access to my content? You will have access to all Slappin‘ Glass Plus content for as long as you have an active membership.
Do I need to renew my subscription? No, you will be auto-billed annually or semi-anually, depending on your chosen subscription. You will receive an email notifying you of your upcoming subscription renewal.
How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel your membership at any time. When you log into Slappin‘ Glass TV click on the “dashboard” option located next to “signout”. Under “billing”, select “change plan” located under your active membership type. Select “cancel membership”. You will still have access to your content through the end of your billing cycle and your membership will not renew.
How do I update my credit card information? Once logged into Slappin‘ Glass TV, click on the “dashboard” option located next to “sign out”. Under “billing”, select “use another card”. Once you have added a new card, select “remove card” under the card you’d like to remove.
Can I get a refund? Members can receive a full refund within 14 days of purchasing their subscription by emailing us at info(at)slappinglass.com. Past the 14 days, refunds will not be granted. To ensure you're not charged again, unsubscribe before the end of the current billing period.
My video doesn’t play back smoothly. How can i fix this? Video playback depends on many factors including the computer/device being used, the internet browser, internet connection quality, and many other variables. If there are playback issues, try viewing the video in a different web browser. If that doesn’t help, try using a different computer/device and making sure your internet connection is strong. These are usually the simple fixes for playback issues you may have. If the issue still persist, please contact us at info(at)slappinglass.com
